Pu’erh tea compressed into little birds' nests or tuo chas. Grown in southern China’s Yunnan province. An ancient Chinese tea with a unique full-bodied, smooth flavor for the most discerning palate. Pu’erh holds up well for multiple infusions so that the same birds nest can yield 2 or 3 cups.
(Caffeine)
Ingredients: Aged Pu'erh tea nest.
Suggested steeping: 1 tuo cha or dry pu'erh birds' nest to 8 ounces water, 200°F to boiling. Steep 30 seconds to 5 minutes, or to taste. Remove leaves. Sweeten, add milk to taste. Enjoy.
Pu'erh holds up well to re-steeping: can use the same birdsnest 2 or 3 times, again: according to taste.
