Simply place about 1.5 teaspoons or 4.5grams of tea in your mug, add hot water, screw on the strainer and then the lid, and you're good to go.
Concerned about over-steeping the tea since you won't be removing the leaves? Use slightly less tea than normal and water that is slightly less hot than usual.
Just think: if you use Oolong, which frequently (depending on the particular Oolong) seems to get better with each infusion, you can just keep adding water all day and drinking tea from the same leaves!
